A Montreal customer came to us with his new Dodge Charger. They loved their new vehicle but felt it was missing something. The customer had done some research and decided that they would like to install some interior lighting that would change the look of the interior of the vehicle. We had the perfect solution for this customers interior lighting upgrades, LED lighting.
LED lighting has become a popular accessory for many car owners due to the small size and excellent lighting ability of modern LED technology. While there are many different options available, our customer decided on an LED lighting kit that provides the ability to change color with a simple click of a button on the supplied remote control. Due to the small size of these LED lighting strips they can be placed anywhere on a vehicle but this customer requested accent lighting in the front and rear foot well areas. Our technicians immediately got to work by installing light strips under the dash. While the front lighting was easily accomplished the rear turned out to be more difficult. Our experienced technicians removed interior trim components and had to lift the carpet in certain areas to properly route the wiring underneath the front seat area. To provide foot lighting for the rear seats they mounted the rear lights to the frame of the front seat. This provided excellent lighting to the rear floor while ensuring the lights would not be damaged by someones foot when getting in and out of the rear of the car.
